Annette Newman: I’ve been making these puddings for nearly twenty years, and still have the same enthusiasm for them now as I did then. I am as passionate about the festive season as I am about food, so to have the two together was not only logical but magical for me too. I only use natural ingredients to make these luxurious puddings, the rich dried fruits married with the Guinness, brandy and fresh fruit makes these incredibly indulgent, have you had your fatpud yet?
